OW:COP's vision is to restore hope for every juvenile and adult justice involved person by empowering their struggle with real solutions, sense of relief, vocational skills and employment opportunities. Real solutions that fosters a sense of purpose while reducing recidivism, poverty, unemployment, crime, drug addiction, and other maladaptive behaviors.
Our Mission
OW:COP's mission is to instill and provide hope for both juvenile and adult justice involved persons from diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences who are reentering society from incarceration. OW:COP aims to provide and unify an integrated network of community services, resources and programs to be readily disposable for those in need.
